Zamboanga Sibugay, one of the newest provinces in the Philippines, is a hidden paradise located in the Zamboanga Peninsula Region. Although often overlooked by mainstream tourism, this province offers a refreshing blend of untouched natural beauty, rich culture, and peaceful destinations. During my recent visit, I discovered serene waterfalls, pristine islands, and warm local hospitality that made the experience truly unforgettable.

III – HOW TO GET THERE
There are no direct flights to Zamboanga Sibugay. However, you can fly to nearby airports such as Zamboanga International Airport, Dipolog Airport, or Pagadian Airport. From these airports, land travel to Ipil takes around 2–4 hours.

This joiner tour offers travelers an affordable yet comprehensive experience of the region’s natural and cultural highlights. The journey begins at Pagadian Airport, with a transfer to the bus terminal and a short ride to Molave (around ₱100). From there, participants are welcomed by the tour host, Lakawtserang Negra (reachable via Facebook or mobile at +63 960 663 3724), who coordinates the entire adventure.
